    Here are the current stats for the month of December 2011 in Clinton Utah. Home sales are up 5.88% from last year's total of 16 residential houses sold to this year's total of 17 residential houses sold.

    Prices of homes are reported to have dropped 5.79% from December last year's median sold price of $167,500 and original list price of $190,000 to this year's median sold price of $157,800 and original list price of $178,500.

    Median dollar per square foot price of all the houses sold in December this year was $78.44. Half of these homes sold were bigger than 1,763 square feet. The typical home sold comprises of three bedrooms and two baths.

    Total Clinton Homes for Sale in the market were 112 and total under contract houses were 33.

    Total North Salt Lake homes sold were 12 in the month of November 2011 showing a decrease of 7.69 percent from 13 units sold in November 2010. In November this year, the median sold price was $176,750 and the original list price was $199,785. This was a decrease of 13.36 percent from the same month last year when median sold price was $204,000 and the original list price was $219,500. 

    During November this year, the median dollar per square foot price was $99.93. Half of these homes sold were bigger than 1,568 square feet. Typically, the home includes three bedrooms and three baths.

    Median dollar per square foot price of all the homes sold in November this year was $76.04. Half of these homes were bigger than 2,310 square feet. The average home sold has four bedrooms and two baths.
